The time frame allowed for a Returns is 14 days from initial receipt of the merchandise. All Returns are subject to our final approval after inspection.
Items must be returned new and unused, as well as in their original packaging, labeling and having all original tags attached.

In the case of shoes, their soles must remain in perfect condition to qualify for a return. no returns will be accepted if make-up, odour or any kind of stains have been transferred on to the items.
Therefore, please make sure that you take the necessary precautions.

Returns that do not meet these points after inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Refunds are always credited to the original credit cards used.

How to return an item

Step 1

Using the return form provided, please indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

Step 2

Insert the “Returns” form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

Step 3

Securely close the package and attach the label for return shipment to the package where it is visible.

Step 4

Packages outside of Kuwait, please contact your local DHL.

Step 5

Once package has been received, we will confirm By Email.

Step6

All approved returns will be credited back to customer’s credit card.
